2. Consultations, Scheduling & No-Shows

Scheduling. Consultations and meetings may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.

Cancellations & Rescheduling. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of consultations. Late cancellations may result in a fee at our discretion.

No-Shows. Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may be required to prepay for future consultations or may be declined future scheduling.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing is based on scope and contractual terms. Estimates are subject to change until formally agreed upon in writing. Payment terms, schedules, and deposits will be outlined in individual agreements. All payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.

4. Refunds

Refund considerations are governed by the specific terms outlined in the signed service agreement, including any performance guarantee stated in that agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their business and any details needed to deliver the services. First Page South reserves the right to pause or decline work if requirements are not met or if doing so would violate applicable laws or regulations.
